For the past several years, SM Construction has offered a modular construction service. Each of the subsidiaries contributes, according to its expertise, to the design, prefabrication and installation of modular buildings. All of Groupe SM Tardif’s knowledge is applied to achieve the best possible quality. We also offer the possibility of commissioning and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) before delivery.
